The DharmaWay Yoga Center offers over 30 different yoga classes per week suitable for all levels, a Yoga Shop with everything you need for yoga practice and OmRaw desserts, Vegan treats and beverages. In the beautiful space with warm, welcoming atmosphere you will find everything you need for your practice and a rich program that meets all aspects of yoga and is appropriate for each age and ability (from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and yoga for the elderly). Our wide range of classes will allow you to practice yoga that suits your needs at any hour proposed on our regular schedule, according to your monthly membership, or just on the "drop-in" basis. All our yoga classes are tailored to students’ levels and are taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers, in Croatian and English, as needed.

February 2 - MAHA SADHANA w/Sandra Pintaric
This is our Special Monthly 3 hour intensive workshop created by Sri Dharma Mittra. It includes subtle breathing practices to calm the mind, invigorate the body and energize the chakras, as well as healing mantras (sound vibrations) to stimulate the pituitary gland and subtle consciousness. The extended Charging Series and Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa posture flow, stretches, tones and strengthens the entire physical body. After all that effort you will experience a final guided meditation in deep relaxation – yoga nidra to recharge and rejuvenate the entire physical and mental system .

DHARMA YOGA MASTER CLASS
October 6 ART OF INVERSION & ARM BALANCE ADVANCED
Inversions: With clarity in breakdown and support, you will be slowly guided through the steps to proper placement that will align your body to flow into inversions easily. You will learn how to support the posture so you can maintain the pose in stillness with calm breathing. We will explore the Headstand (the King of the Poses), Pincha Mayurasana, Handstand and Scorpio.
Arm Balances: Arm Balancing postures are often the most challenging, and we wish to teach you confidence and ease of movement. When the spine and pelvis are tuned in to their innate balance, then the arms, wrists, back and shoulder muscles become toned and will support us gracefully. The sessions are held in a relaxed and open manner allowing for questions and personal support. Posture Clinics offer an opportunity for students to delve into specific types of postures with in depth teaching of: proper alignment correct intention supportive repetitive practice understanding of practical, physical & mental benefits.
October 7 BACKBENDS ADVANCED
These highly valuable clinics will focus on proper placement and alignment in the practice of each pose. Work on backbends preparation, exploration of variations through adjustments, yoga props and tricks. Ustrasana (Camel), Dhanurasana (Bow), Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Facing Bow), Kapotasana (Pigeon), Kapyasana (Monkey) and other. Back bending postures are an invaluable aid in maintaining full mobility and flexibility of the spine, shoulders, chest and back. They restore youthfulness to the body helping one feel young. You will learn the fundamental tools needed to practice back bending with precision and confidence. Clear practice will lead you into all the rest with awareness, alignment, strength and freedom.

YOGA IMMERSION WITH YIANNIS MUKTA OM
Yiannis moved to New York from a small island in Greece in 2002. Upon arriving, without knowing anyone, or even how to speak English, Yiannis found his way to his Guru, Sri Dharma Mittra. In the presence of Dharma, Yiannis transformed his life and purified his body and mind, to reveal his true spirit. Under the constant guidance of daily classes with Dharma for over 10 years, Yiannis Mukta Om, received transmission of the teachings of yoga. In 2013, after 10 years of devoted and dedicated daily practice, Yiannis Mukta Om, has been charged with sharing the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra all over the world. A devoted student of Self-Realization, as passed down to him directly from Sri Dharma Mittra, Yiannis Mukta Om, embodies the deep inner strength and playful nature of his Guru. Yiannis Mukta Om is continuing his journey as the living example of the true essence of yoga. He is established in the ethical precepts, able to share all the tricks of the asana, qualified to pass on the techniques of pranayama, and able to to direct the student to go beyond the senses, the mind, and the intellect into deeper states of meditation and realization that he has cultivated from being by the side of Dharma for so many years.
